PAYMENT

We currently support Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB), PayMaya QR, WeChat Pay, QR Ph, and Gcash.

After selecting your orders, click the shopping cart on the top menu bar and click the ‘Checkout’ button. Fill in your contact and billing details. If you are using an account, these details should already be prepopulated for you. Next, review the order details once last time, enter coupon code if you have, before clicking “Proceed to payment.” Fill up the payment details and click “Pay Now.” Once the payment is made, you will be redirected back to Bridebook PH’s Site.

Bridebook will not charge you any fees. However, you are responsible for reviewing all charges and taxes (including shipping and customs) related to the purchase.

Bridebook PH does not store nor handle any credit card details on our Site. Our payment gateway partner securely holds all your financial data; no one can access it, not even us!

Yes, you will receive an Invoice every after every successful checkout. It should include all the items you bought from multiple event suppliers from a single checkout.

All sales made on Bridebook PH are final and binding. Hence, we do not accept any order cancellations or exchanges once the order has been paid. Instead, we suggest that you contact the Supplier/s directly if you need to have your order canceled. It will be their discretion to allow cancellation and give you a full refund, excluding any transaction fees that have been incurred. Please also note that the admin fee collected by the Bridebook PH is a fixed commission for facilitating a sale and will not be refunded. But, in rare cases where the actual Item has significant discrepancies, we will collect all the information before deciding based on our refund policy.

SHOPPING

Definitely! Every product post will have an “Inquire Here’ button, which you can use to ask all the questions you may have before purchasing. For instance, if the Supplier is available on your wedding date or the Item’s specific materials, etc.

Bridebook PH’s coupon code can’t be used in conjunction with other coupons. Unfortunately, it means that you can’t use our and the Supplier’s coupon code to get a bigger discount when you checkout.

But if your Suppliers have 2 or more coupons and offer them to you so you can get a bigger discount, then grab as much as you want! 🙂

If the product you bought is a physical item, you may check the shipping information on the processing and delivery timeline to know when to receive your order. You may ask your Supplier directly if you did not receive your order on time.

If you order a Service product, you should ask your Suppliers first for their availability on your event date before purchasing.

The delivery depends on the Supplier’s processing and delivery timeline. If the information is not available in the product post, you may check with them directly by sending your message through the ‘Inquire Here’ button.

Please contact the Supplier immediately if the Item has been damaged during shipping so that they can raise this issue with the shipping company. Likewise, let them know if they sent you the wrong product so that they can correct/redeliver it.

A Wishlist allows you to create a personalized collection of products you want to purchase and keep them in your account for future reference.

Please contact the Supplier immediately if you did not receive your order on the expected delivery date. The Supplier should address your concern and provide updates on the delivery of the product and its tracking information. If you find that the Supplier’s response is unacceptable, contact us to step in to mediate. It would help if you always communicated through our Site so that our Terms of Service will protect you.

If there are any significant discrepancies in the Item, you should contact the Supplier right away. The Supplier should address your concern and offer a solution, such as providing a replacement or trading for another item.

If both you and the Supplier have agreed on returning the Item, you should note the following.

  • You must return the Item in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay for the return cost of shipping.
  • You need to pay for any customs charges incurred on the returned Item.

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by the seller, you can request Bridebook PH to mediate for you. We will review all information and make a decision based on our refund policy. It would help if you always communicated through our Site so that our Terms of Service will protect you.
