Create Memories Event Planner Wedding Planning and Coordination
1) On-the-Day Wedding Planning (100 pax) – 30K
• Wedding consultation
• Assist/provides supplier referrals depending on the budget and requirements.
• Helps determine and manage your budget.
• Up to 2 pre-event meetings before the event (includes food tasting and site visitation).
• Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details.
• Schedules and attend suppliers meeting 1 or 2 weeks before the event.
• Completes a final walk-through if the ceremony and reception
• Developing and reviewing of timeline
• Assistance in sequencing of the program
• Unlimited phone calls, text messaging and electronic emails by team to the client, vice versa.
• Advice suppliers/wedding entourage (except for the principal sponsors) of the venue and call time.
• During wedding day with 3-4 assistance.
• Overseas everything on the wedding day (making sure everyone adheres to timeline, handles snafus, manages vendors and execute vision on-site).
2) Full Planning and Wedding Coordination (100 pax) – 35K
• Wedding consultation
• Scouting, contracting, booking with suppliers.
• Assist/provides supplier referrals depending on the budget and requirements.
• Helps determine and manage your budget.
• Negotiate contracts and making sure contract are followed accordingly per suppliers.
• Up to 5 pre-event meetings before the event (includes food tasting and site visitation).
• Schedules and attend suppliers meetings.
• Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details.
• Attends site tours and menu tastings
• Schedules and attend suppliers meeting 1 or 2 weeks before the event.
• Completes a final walk-through if the ceremony and reception

• Manages rehearsal
• Unlimited phone calls, text messaging and electronic emails by team to the client, vice versa.
